All of our saunas are custom-built to order. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, variations may occur due to natural materials and customization.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
Orders may require a deposit or full payment prior to production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All Sales Final
Due to the custom nature of our saunas, all orders are final and non-refundable once placed.

Installation & Site Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- A proper foundation is prepared
- Site access is clear and suitable for delivery equipment
- All pre-installation requirements are met
Timberglo Sauna Ltd. is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from unmet site requirements.
Use of Products
Our saunas must be used in accordance with all safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
We are not liable for misuse, improper installation by third parties, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, location, and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
