At Timberglo Sauna Ltd., each sauna is built specifically for you. Because of this, all orders are final and non-refundable.

However, your investment is protected — we stand behind our craftsmanship and encourage you to review our Warranty page for full details on coverage and support.


Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes prior to production, however, once your sauna has entered production, modifications may no longer be possible.


Delivery & Installation

Our team ensures that each sauna is delivered and installed with care. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Site access requirements are met
  • A proper foundation is prepared
  • All pre-delivery conditions are satisfied

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional charges or delays.


Warranty & Support

While we do not offer refunds on custom-built saunas, we stand behind the quality of our products.
