Mobile Sauna Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) is entered into between Timberglo Sauna Ltd.(“Company”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”).

By signing below, the Renter agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

 

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

The Renter understands and acknowledges that use of a sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• burns from hot surfaces, steam, water, rocks, or stove components
• dehydration, overheating, dizziness, fainting, or heat exhaustion
• slips, falls, or injuries entering/exiting the sauna
• smoke or fire-related hazards
• risks associated with wood-fired heating systems
• injury or death resulting from misuse, negligence, or unsafe conduct

The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the sauna.

 

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Renter agrees to fully release and hold harmless Timberglo Sauna Ltd., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• use or misuse of the sauna
• personal injury or death
• damage to property
• fire or smoke damage
• negligence of guests or users
• improper operation of the sauna or stove

This release applies to the Renter and all guests, invitees, family members, or other users of the sauna during the rental period.

3. ELIGIBILITY & HEALTH CONDITIONS

The Renter confirms:

• all users are using the sauna voluntarily
• no user will use the sauna while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
• pregnant individuals or persons with heart conditions, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, or medical concerns should consult a physician before use
• children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times

4. SAFE USE RULES

The Renter agrees to:

• follow all operating and safety instructions provided by Timberglo Sauna Ltd.
• never leave the stove unattended while actively heating
• keep flammable materials away from the stove and chimney
• never tamper with the stove, chimney, rocks, or ventilation
• never move the sauna once delivered and placed
• keep the sauna on a stable surface
• never exceed the recommended occupancy limit
• use water on rocks sparingly and safely
• ensure proper ventilation at all times

5. FIRE & DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

The Renter accepts full responsibility for any damage caused by:

• misuse of the sauna
• misuse of the wood stove or heating system
• unauthorized movement of the sauna
• negligence by the Renter or guests
• vandalism or intentional damage
• smoking or prohibited activities inside the sauna

The Renter agrees to reimburse Timberglo Sauna Ltd. for repair, cleaning, replacement, towing, or restoration costs resulting from damage during the rental period.

6. PROHIBITED USES

The following are strictly prohibited:

• smoking or vaping inside the sauna
• illegal drug use
• cooking inside the sauna
• modifying or repairing equipment
• overloading the stove
• moving or towing the sauna
• commercial/event use without prior written approval

7. WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

The Renter understands the sauna is an outdoor structure and that weather conditions may affect operation or safety. Timberglo Sauna Ltd. is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, power outages, wind, snow, ice, or natural events.

8. DELIVERY & SITE CONDITIONS

The Renter confirms:

• the delivery location is accessible and safe
• sufficient clearance exists for delivery
• underground utilities, sprinklers, septic systems, and soft ground conditions have been disclosed
• Timberglo Sauna Ltd. is not responsible for lawn, driveway, or ground damage caused by normal delivery conditions

9. INDEMNIFICATION

The Renter agrees to indemnify and defend Timberglo Sauna Ltd. against any claims, lawsuits, legal actions, or expenses arising from the rental or use of the sauna.
