Warranty Information

Timberglo Sauna Ltd. Limited Warranty

Timberglo Sauna Ltd. provides a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when the sauna is used under normal residential conditions. The warranty period begins on the date the sauna is delivered to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to natural aging of materials, cosmetic changes, or the effects of normal outdoor exposure, including weather-related wear. As our saunas are constructed from natural cedar, wood movement, minor cracking, and changes in appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

Routine care and upkeep are not included under this warranty. This includes regular cleaning, optional staining or sealing, and adjustment of components where applicable. Proper maintenance is the responsibility of the owner.

Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, improper installation, or neglect is not covered. Timberglo Sauna Ltd. is not responsible for injuries, losses, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of the sauna.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Timberglo Sauna Ltd. may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected component using new or reconditioned materials at no cost to the customer. Any repaired or replaced part will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for one year from the date of repair or replacement, whichever provides longer coverage.

All costs associated with electrical, plumbing, or utility connections are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered under this warranty.

Important Information About Cedar & Water Seepage

All Timberglo saunas are built using 100% natural cedar and are not sided or sealed like a conventional building.

Because of this:

  • Some water seepage inside the sauna is normal, especially during heavy rain, snow, or rapid temperature changes.

  • Cedar is a natural wood that expands, contracts, and breathes with weather conditions.

  • Small gaps, checking (surface cracks), and movement of boards are normal and expected and do not affect performance or longevity.

Our saunas are designed to dry naturally and perform best with proper airflow and routine use.
